Description

Sales Process
Learn Customers for Life sales process.
Provide timely sales advice, expertise, service, and products.

Operational
Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams.
Manage inventory levels during season.
Enter customer quotes and work orders.

Agronomy
Identify, manage, and communicate new agronomy consulting and marketing opportunities.
Provide field scouting and tissue/soil sampling services.
Provide timely and expert agronomic advice, service, and products to customers.
Provide agronomic knowledge and training to customers and location Sales Associates.
Research and respond to customer/supplier technical inquiries.
Create and use data analytics and new technology.
Understand the overall agronomic customer needs, utilizing agronomic expertise.
Partner closely with Precision Lead and Sales Associates.

Customer Trial & Product Development Support
Identify customer partnerships in respective market areas.
Execute on customer trials.
Support seasonal tours.

General
Active participant in regular team meetings.
Flexibility with work hours to support location and customers needs.
Assist with operations during the busy season.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business expenses.

Education & Skillset
Three of more years of agronomy experience an asset with a Bachelor degree or Diploma in Agriculture, or related field.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to develop an in-depth understanding to promote new technologies.
Self-starter, reliable, and safety conscious with a willingness to work overtime in peak seasons.
Proficiency with computers and technology.
Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license.
