Description

As the Manager, Transformation Partner Training, you will collaborate with internal training departments, subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand and lead the coordination, development, scheduling, and delivery of training plans that meet the specific needs of transformation for external partners

Key Accountabilities

Note: This section is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities  other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

- Oversees creation and delivery of detailed training plans in conjunction with Talent Development and business partners.
- Leads the research, design and delivery of external partner transformation training programs and courses in collaboration with internal subject matter experts (employees) and external providers.
- Manages feedback loop through ongoing audit and maintenance of program content, including completing and maintaining an inventory of learning materials available to training participants.
- Partners with business training areas on learning initiatives to establish learning outcome benchmarks, ensures alignment to business outcomes, and supports the continuous review and refinement of learning programs to ensure adoption and drive performance.
- Develops, implements, maintains, and refines external partner training governance structure ensuring adherence with overall Corporate Technical Training (CTT) framework.

Education and Experience

- Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business or Training/Education.
- A certificate or diploma in adult education.
- Eight years experience comprised of four years leadership with progressively challenging responsibility and four years experience in training program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- A designation in a related field would be considered an asset.
