Title: Cook
Type of Position: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook various kinds of cuisine as per order;
Prepare and cook other meals that including in stores menu;
Test foods to verify if they have been cooked adequately;
Serve food in appropriate portions onto suitable receptacles;
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers, maintain ingredients inventory and report to the supervisor;
Research on local customers interest and develop new menu and seasonal meal accordingly;
Coordinate with supervisor, make sure the kitchen meet the hygiene standard;
plan menus, determine size of food portions;
