About This Position:

Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly Rate: $24.00
Weekly Hours: 30 to 40

Responsibilities and Duties:

Support daily administrative functions such as handling phone calls, managing emails and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supply inventory.
Welcome customers, address inquiries, and provide information on our services, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
Enter data accurately into computer systems, maintain records, and produce reports as required.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for technicians and staff to optimize time and resource usage.
Organize and manage both electronic and physical files, ensuring proper documentation and easy access when needed.
Assist with invoice processing, bill generation, and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Monitor office supply levels, coordinate with vendors to ensure stock availability, and place orders as necessary.
Aid in souring and procuring equipment, materials, and supplies by obtaining price quotes and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
