Plan and execute food preparation and cooking activities to meet menu requirements Prepare nutritious, appealing and authentic Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai cuisine Monitor, from a team approach, the behavior of food service personnel to ensure compliance with recognized sanitation and safety standards Monitor food costs and profits Stock food on shelves and in fridges and freezers Clean and sanitize all food preparation equipment and ensure that it is kept in safe and operative condition Ensure that the kitchen area meets current health and sanitation requirements Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service Perform other duties as assigned by the owner
