About Us:
The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) is an organization that represents and advocates for the interests of rural municipalities in the province of Saskatchewan. In a nutshell, SARM is a support system for rural municipalities in Saskatchewan, helping them navigate the complexities of governance, advocating for their interests, and moving  their communities forward with the supports of our many program and professional service offerings.

Within SARM, under the Risk Management Department, is the Legal Team.  Their role is to defend claims brought against our members who are insured under the insurance plans administered by SARM and, if time permits, to provide legal advice to our members.  

Job Description:
As a litigation lawyer, you will be working on a diverse range of cases primarily relating to Municipal Law. Your primary focus will be on civil litigation supporting SARM's General and Senior Counsels on multiple files, with opportunities to work on high-profile cases that will challenge and develop your skills. You will work closely with our experienced team, collaborating on complex legal matters and contributing to the success of our members.
