What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Provides direction and leadership to the store team toward building a positive, highly motivated and engaged workforce.
Will be part of a collaborative management team which includes overseeing liquor operations
To ensure that the departments receiving and handling of merchandise meets all Prairie Co-op policies, procedures and standards.
To be responsible for the procurement of merchandise within the department.
To assist in the processing of invoices and claims, and in the preparation of the department budget.
Maintains a clean, inviting store, ensuring all maintenance and repairs of facilities/equipment is done in a timely/scheduled manner.
Responsible for ensuring all laws regarding the sale of liquor, tobacco, and any other controlled substances are being followed by staff at all times.
To ensure that the Co-operatives equipment is being operated and maintained in a safe and responsible manner.
To ensure outstanding courteous customer service is provided in the department at all times.
Other duties as may be assigned by the Gas Bar / C-Store Manager.
Who you are:

You have 1  3 years management or supervision experience
Youre familiar with gas bar and convenience store operations
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You are available to work a variety of shifts (Days, Evenings and Weekends and holidays are required.)
