Wood Flame Candles is a small, locally-owned business specializing in handcrafted, all-natural wooden wick candles. We create a welcoming and creative environment where customers can explore custom candle making. Our team is passionate about delivering a unique experience for candle lovers, and were looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us!

Job Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to assist in all areas of candle production and instruct our custom candle-making classes. The position is part-time, primarily evenings and weekends (Wednesday-Sunday), and offers a dynamic work environment for those who enjoy working in a creative space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in all stages of candle production, including pouring, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment (retail/wholesale).
Pack and process shipments for retail and wholesale orders.
Instruct and lead custom candle making classes.
Assist with maintaining and communicating inventory levels.
Receive, unpack, and organize inventory from suppliers.
Assist with social media content creation.
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
Assist with additional studio tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or production is an asset but not required.
Availability to work evening and weekend shifts (Wednesday-Sunday).
