Duties of the Construction Worker include:
-    Transport construction materials to work areas, ensuring they are handled safely and efficiently.
-    Prepare and distribute concrete and asphalt evenly across designated areas, including pouring, tamping, screeding, floating preparing for finishing troweling and edging
-    Safely operate equipment like drills, mixers, vibrators, tampers, and other construction machines as needed.
-    Assist heavy equipment operators by helping them set up and secure equipment and give proper signals as needed.
-    Assist and provide support to other tradesmen on construction sites
-    Direct traffic around construction sites to ensure safety and smooth operations.
-    Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, setting up/dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, barricades and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored
Requirements for the role:
-    Completion of high school is required
-    Previous construction worker experience is highly desired, but not mandatory
-    Must be capable of lifting to 50lbs and physically demanding
-    Adaptable to primarily work outdoors in various weather conditions
