Description

We are a young and innovative company with multiple lines of business, such as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Recruitment and Staffing, International Recruitment, and Business Consulting. We are currently looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist existing administration team and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing professional communication via phone and e-mail, entering data expeditiously and correctly, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
The successful candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. They must be experienced in Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook/powerpoint/etc.), computer literate, and be able to assist with general office tasks. Most importantly, the successful candidate should have a can do attitude, a desire to get the job done, genuine passion to meet the needs of others.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, such as data entry, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Making connections with possible leads and converting them to a sale.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Associates Degree in a related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Multilingual may be preferred or required.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
