Century West Disaster Restoration LTD. offers full-service insurance restoration contracting, 24/7 emergency response and renovations services.  We have an exciting opportunity available for individual(s) seeking a role in a fast-paced growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

    Prepare restoration scope of work.
    Prepare restoration estimates and emergency services estimates with assistance from
    Emergency PM.
    Liaison with insurer and insurance adjuster as required during the preparation and finalization of project estimates.
    Obtain sub-trade and material quotes as required for the preparation of estimates.
    Revise estimates as required by PMs during restoration work.
    Prepare baseline schedules for restoration work.


Skills/Competencies Required:

    Experience in restoration industry.
    Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
    Ability to meet deadlines.
    Complete post demo docusketch after emergency scope of work has been completed where and whenever possible to improve accuracy of rebuild estimate.
    Valid Drivers License.
