Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of Part Time Student Grocery Clerks (3 Positions) at our Food Store location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
Serve guests, pack groceries, stock and face shelves, cart retrieval
Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department; clean up breakage and spills, clean shelves, bins and displays as needed, and keep aisles free of debris
Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
To maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise
Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:

You are strongly service oriented and motivated, and capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner
You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
You are familiar with food safe procedures and practices
Ability to lift and load products; extensive physical labour is required including lifting of 25-50lbs, climbing ladders and kneeling
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing
environment
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
