Description

Test ,diagnose, troubleshoot and repair smart phones, tablets ,iPads , laptops, gaming consoles, sound bars  and computer and Mac book mother board and TV s repair technician
    
Provide recommendation for problem resolution.
    
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
    
Diagnose the issue with the device and provide the repair estimate to the customers.

Micro soldering of all electronics products boards.
    
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Manufacture Infinity quality standards
    
    
Perform preliminary product evaluation before purchase, such as phone/tablet accessories, cases, screen protectors, etc.

Work with the store Manager to purchase the necessary supplies for our repair center, such as Motherboard, HDMI Port, battery, LCD Screen, etc.

Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real time status of each repair

Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchasing price, discounts, credits with the suppliers for the best interests of the business, prepare and track purchase orders and agreements

Organize and monitor inventory in our warehouse: restock, count, label and track
