In this dynamic role, your organizational skills will shine! Youll assist with every detail from processing logistics requests, handling flight manifests and scheduling, to handling unexpected flight delays. Your role will also encompass crucial administrative functions like fielding calls, supporting on-site visitors, and coordinating with Catering to assign rooms. Responsibilities:
-Logistic administration duties:
o Process all forms for persons travelling to site
o Create and submit flight manifests, reports, and manifest changes
o Obtain departure times and ETAs
o Coordinate logistics in the event of a flight delay, including; communication with ground services, employees, Catering, and coordination of meals for off-site passengers
o Setup and maintain work schedules and flight rotations for all employees
o Support on-going review of aircraft seat capacity and routing deviations
-Administration:
o Reception: manage calls and provide support to employees and visitors
o Prepare documentation to authorize gate access
o Perform time entry audits
o Assist with updating work instructions and training manuals
o Relay information regarding vacation balances, flight changes, and time entry adjustments
-Must carry traffic cell phone
Skills and Qualifications:
-Grade 12 Diploma
-Office Administration Certificate is preferred
-5+ years experience in Administration or in an office environment
-Experience with MS Office including Word and Excel
-Preference will be given to qualified Residents of Saskatchewans North (RSN).
Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
