KIT Recruitment is continuing our successful partnership with our client in the agricultural/farming Industry who is looking for a Grain Facility Machine Operators in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada

The Grain Facility Machine Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating machinery and equipment used in processing and handling pulses products. This role involves loading and unloading grain, monitoring equipment, conducting maintenance, and ensuring processed grain quality meets standards.

Grain Facility Operator Details
-Monday thru Friday (with the ability to work 2 shifts (7:00-3:30 or 3:00-11:30).
-$22 - $25/hr (with a shift premium of $1 for afternoon shift*)
-2 weeks vacation
-Benefits after 90 days
-RRSP match*

Grain Facility Operator Responsibilities
- You will operate grain elevators, conveyors, dryers, and milling equipment
- You will adjust grain flow through different processing stages
- Receiving incoming raw grain shipments and ensuring accurate documentation
- Loading processed grain onto trucks or railcars as per specifications
- Unloading raw grain from trucks or railcars and storing it in appropriate bins
- Inspecting grains for quality, cleanliness, and contaminants
- Maintaining grain inventory, processing, and maintenance records
- Completing required production reports and logs

Grain Facility Operator Qualifications
Proven experience operating cleaning machinery in a grain facility or terminal
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the agricultural industry
Technical aptitude in grain handling equipment, machinery, and technology for record-keeping and reporting
Certification in grain handling or cleaning is an asset
