Description

Job Summary:
The Business Analyst ensures alignment of capabilities delivered by the information technology team to the needs of the business. Assists with the analysis, preparation and documentation of business cases for technology solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to document requirements, provides clarification on questions related to systems / sub-systems and process requirements. Performs testing of information system modules, sub-systems and technology solutions. Collaborates with business to develop user acceptance testing plan and ensure to execute them as per the stated objectives. Plan and deliver training to ensure smooth transition.  Develops methods to track and report business case benefits realization metrics along the project lifecycle implementation.

Qualifications:
University Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or related discipline supplemented with a minimum of 3 years in a business analyst role within the past 10 years, and have demonstrated the knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below.
Extensive experience in performing business analysis for complex Information Technology projects including business case development, gap analysis, requirements elicitation and analysis, technical requirements documentation and management.
Extensive experience in business process reengineering and visual modelling.
Extensive experience in software testing and user acceptance testing.
Up-to-date knowledge of business analysis framework (i.e: BABOK), business analysis techniques, and software testing techniques.
Knowledge of system design methodologies and information technology system architecture.
Skills in developing SQL queries.
Experience in Microsoft Visio,Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint Requirements and Test Case Management Tool such as HP ALM.
