The opportunity
Executive and HR Team Support:
- Contribute to the execution of department objectives in collaboration with the Human Resources and broader People Resources team.
- Manage a wide variety of confidential administrative responsibilities including calendar management, travel, budget tracking, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of materials for Board of Director committee meetings and communication.
- Update and maintain presentations and key documents, adding value by making suggestions for improvements as required.
- Assist with reporting, employee communications, and drafting letters.
Other:
- Participate in the companys administrative group, sharing information and updates between human resources group and the admin team and assists in preparing for executive and board meetings.
- Provide backup support for the Office Manager and other team members as required.
- Perform additional related duties as needed.
