Salary will depend on experience, education as well as performance.  Wages start out at $18.00 an hour with the expectancy to increase based off performance and competencies.  The probation period is three months with the option to extend to six months.  Along with a competitive wage will be entitled to benefits such as health and dental after a three month period.
