Senior Administrative/Office Manager
Canwest Commercial & Land Corp. requires a senior administrative person to provide general office duties for our family Office. Canwest owns and manages 31 companies and acts as the Family Office for the WILLIAMS FAMILY. Canwest is a high performing organization involved in commercial real estate, residential real estate, land development, agricultural land and World Trade Center Saskatoon. The ideal candidate would possess the following skillsets or a combination thereof.
Excellent administrative skills and people skills
Well organized, high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and knowledge base around computer software and problem solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a Family Dimension
Basic accounting skills
Organizational skills for meetings, travel and personal duties for the principles
Full time employment, wages and compensation negotiable
Candidates to provide all post-secondary or University degrees and accomplishments
Opportunity may exist to become Office Manager and a higher level of accounting within the organization
