Qualifications
Education & Certification
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ECE III equivalency.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years as an Early Childhood Educator.
* Leadership experience in team support, development, and guidance.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Child Care Regulations and Ministry of Education guidelines.

Program Services
* Oversee and support the team in delivering balanced educator-led and child-directed activities.
* Adapt programming to children's needs and abilities.
* Foster positive relationships between staff, children, and families.
* Manage group activities, enrollment, and communication.
* Ensure quality meals, safe environments, and adherence to health guidelines.
* Oversee child assessments and communicate with families.
* Administer medications and handle any crisis situations.
* Lead team meetings, training sessions, and engage in professional development.

Wage range for this position is $53,622 to $69,284 Annually.
