Description

We are looking for an experienced Farm Supervisor.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and supervise the work of farm labourers.
Must be able to work independently.
Monitor and follow processes and procedures relating to maximizing crop production yield and minimizing production expenses.
Supervise and operate high tech equipment and machinery, including monitoring settings, verifying equipment is working as intended.
Communicate and coordinate equipment requiring more significant maintenance or repair; assist with completing repairs.
Tracking & reporting progress, maintaining all government-mandated and required logbooks and in-field progress.
Follow, adhere to and supervise compliance with necessary safety standards and any other relevant regulations at all times.
Supervise and participate in performing all basic maintenance on a daily & ongoing basis to ensure equipment is operating safely & efficiently.  
Document maintenance.
General farm work as required.
