Located on Treaty 4 Territory in the beautiful QuAppelle Valley, the All Nations Healing Hospital (ANHH) is seeking a Maintenance Service Worker to join our team.
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, and within a multidisciplinary team, the maintenance worker will be responsible to operate and perform general maintenance for facility/plant systems and equipment. The Maintenance worker works collaboratively with all departments of ANHH and the File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) Health Services to further promote holistic healing and a commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Grade 10
Class 5 Boiler Operator License
Refrigeration or Pool Operator certificate, where required by the job
Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance environment (e.g., commercial or industrial).
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently
Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate knowledge of tools and equipment, required for the job
Valid drivers license
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to work within First Nations Traditional and Spiritual Institutes.
Ability to provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
