Description

Overview: We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our team at The LB Liquor Stores. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our customer base through strategic sales initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient delivery of products. In addition to these responsibilities, the position may occasionally require working directly in our liquor stores, contributing to our retail operations and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and foster growth within assigned territory.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with wholesale accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and negotiations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and customer demand.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining delivery schedules and quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to uphold customer loyalty.
Occasionally assist in liquor store operations, supporting retail staff and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
*Proven track record in sales, Preferably within the Liquor Industry
*Valid Drivers License and clean Driving record
*Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field,
*Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs
*Benefits available after probation period*
