Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing all incoming information from internal and external customers with a high level of accuracy within WCBs customer service standards. Information includes paper and electronic documents and digital media.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed Grade 12 or equivalent.
Plus
A minimum of 6 months experience working in an office environment, including:
Providing customer service to internal and external customers on the phone and in writing.
Editing and writing business correspondence (email and letters)
Experience with leading business software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Adobe, Electronic Records Management Systems (ERM).
Knowledge of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP)
Making decisions independently.
Working in a team environment.
Experience working in a fast pace office environment.
