GroveCo Site Management is property maintenance company based in Regina, SK. We provide services to the community including groundskeeping, snow removal, property inspection, and waste disposal. Our goal is to create strong client relationships by delivering our services with competency and consistency.
Description

GroveCo is currently seeking for a full-time landscape labour for commercial properties. Primary duties are related to safe and efficient lawn care including mowing and trimming, fertilizing, irrigating, weeding, pruning, and site cleanup.

Day-to-Day Stuff
- Trim and clean edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls.
- Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
- Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants.
- Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
- Repetitive tasks.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in landscaping, pest management, and operation of related equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and edgers.
- Ability to work in a under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to walk and stand for expended periods.
- Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail required to oversee several projects at a time.
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
