Description

Responsibilities include:
-  Help host Caregiver Cafs offered in Saskatoon and virtually across the province.
-  Offer virtual and in person presentations of interest to caregivers in Saskatchewan.
-  Take minutes and prepare agenda/appropriate materials ahead of Caregiver Committee meetings.
-  Administrative support to Caregiver Director.
-  Assist with evaluation of services.
-  Assist with hosting annual forum for caregivers that bring experts to talk about topics relevant to caregiving to help educate and support informal caregivers and facilitate connection with one another.
-  Upkeep provincial caregiver online resources and printed guide.
-  Supervise U of S Community Health Nurses and oversee their workplans.
-  Recruit and train volunteers to work with caregivers to provide long term navigation, support and companionship (Nav-Care Program)
