RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regularly patrol the entire property and provide proactive and reactive actions on opportunities observed during the rounds. Opportunities include issues that concern not only safety and security, but also the quality of the whole hotel experience and cleanliness.
Initiate and follow-up all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons. Write incident reports, monitor investigations to their timely conclusion and ensure appropriate follow up with guests and employees, documenting all contacts.
Maintain accurate records while performing basic office duties including, but not limited to, camera monitoring and shift activity log.
Drive the company vehicle to drop off and pick up clients / patients to and from their appointments.
Run Front Desk and Housekeeping errands.
Help Restaurant during peak periods by cleaning tables, hosting guests, taking and serving orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Security Training and Certificate is a must.
Must have a valid drivers license.
First Aid Certificate is an asset.
Pass a criminal background check by police.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong computer skills.
Must possess outstanding, pro-active guest service skills, a professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work well under pressure and as part of a professional team.
Previous security experience in a high-volume establishment is preferred.
A good physical condition, as this position requires constant walking, standing, and bending.
Have excellent communication, customer service, and report writing skills.
