Express Employment is currently recruiting for an Customer Service/Front desk person with a top client of ours. The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Job Duties Include:
Manage and maintain boardrooms and reception area; organize and restock supplies.
Sort, stamp, and distribute all incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate travel arrangements for advisors.
Assist advisors with appointment preparation
Answer and forward all incoming calls to the proper contact.
Required Skills & Experience:
Candidate must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with company specific software programs
Friendly and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work as a team or individually
Excellent communication skills
Great in-person customer service
Must be able to lift about 50lbs as stocking shelving will be part of the duties
2+ year of professional work experience.
Excellent computer and typing skills.
