Heartland Livestock Services in Yorkton, SK is looking for a part-time Office Clerk.
As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for:
-Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales
-Preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases
-Clerking livestock sales as needed
-Knowing of cattle gender
-Preparing cheques, forms and statements
-Handling incoming/outgoing mail
-Filing documents; and
-Other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include: knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer and capable of neat and accurate work with minimal supervision; ability to work in a very fast paced environment. Livestock and/or data entry experience is considered an asset.
