Auto Hire Rent-a-Car, a member of the Key Auto Group, is seeking applications for the position of part-time Customer Service Representative and Shuttle Driver. This multi-functional position provides exceptional customer service in car rental and customer shuttling services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
*Process rental applications and paperwork
*Verify customer information and explain rental terms
*Handle payments and deposits
*Drive customers to and from home or work while vehicle is being serviced

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
*Computer literacy and familiarity with rental software
*Ability to work safely and follow procedures
*High level of customer service and communication skills
