VJ Management Inc. is looking for a Senior Accounting Clerk with experience of the whole process of Accounting Cycle.
The ideal candidate must have a Strong knowledge of and experience working with Tax filing and also uses of Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.

In this position the individual will perform any combination of following:

File GST and PST rebate for housing;
File Sales GST, PST, LCT and US Tax;
Calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records;
Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions;
Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and account reconciliations;
Prepare bank deposits;
Post vendor bills;
Prepare invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records;
Reconcile bank statements;
Spreadsheet preparation and analysis;
Record keeping including filing and scanning;  
General accounting and administrative support for the office.
