Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our store's administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support: Assist with customer inquiries, process sales, special orders, returns and exchanges, and handle special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and appointments and assisting in facility maintenance.
Sales Support: Aid in inventory management, process orders, and assisting with stock replenishment as needed and researching special order requests.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintenance of ecommerce listings, preparation of purchase order documents and accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Prepare and distribute reports as required by management.
Staff Coordination: Assist in scheduling shifts, managing time-off requests, and supporting staff communication to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist with training new employees on administrative processes.
Event Coordination: Help organize in-store events, promotions, and community outreach activities to enhance customer engagement and store visibility.
