Does working in a Northern location of the province with a flexible work rotation interest you? We are looking for a dynamic individual who is devoted to helping others and improving the lives and well-being of children and families to join our team as an Assistant Supervisor to the Child Protection team.

We recognize the importance employees place on having flexibility in their work and the balance between work and family. We have the unique opportunity to offer candidates interested in working in our Nipawin location a drive in and drive out position, over a four (4) week average period. You will work 11 - hour days (Monday through Saturday) with scheduled days off.

The successful candidate may be compensated for travel time from their home location to Nipawin at the beginning and end of the rotation. Staff housing may also be provided.

In this role, you will supervise, manage, and implement programs designed to provide protective, preventative, and support services to children, parents and foster families utilizing the Family Centered Case Management Model and P.R.I.D.E. Model of Practice.
