Description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance Systems the Maintenance Schedule Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing weekly schedules for maintenance and repair activities for the K+S Bethune facility and its equipment. This role ensures that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while minimizing downtime. -Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment
-Diploma in operations management, business administration, engineering or a related field; or Journeyperson Trade ticket is required
-Proficiency in maintenance management systems, specifically SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module and Evora or similar scheduling solutions
-Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
-Ability to analyze and resolve complex scheduling issues creatively and efficiently
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to foresee and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts
