Description

As a member of the Core Systems Maintenance team, the Dual Ticket Electrician/Instrumentation Journeyperson combines the expertise of each trade to maintain and enhance the site's electrical assets, infrastructure, and industrial automation & control systems. This position involves a broad scope of responsibilities, including the upkeep and servicing of Medium and Low voltage assets, field and shop repairs of instrumentation devices, and providing essential support in the commissioning, startup, and operations of various site projects throughout the Bethune mine. -Dual-ticket certification as an Electrical Interprovincial
-Journeyperson and Journeyperson Trade in Instrumentation is required
-3-5 years of experience in Industrial Electrical Maintenance and/or --Instrumentation within the mining or manufacturing sectors

Employment is subject to successfully completing KSPC's pre-employment checks which may include criminal record check, education verification, functional fitness evaluation and drug and alcohol testing.

This position may be subject to a 4-day, 10-hour schedule while training; and will transition to a rotating 12 hour shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and will be required to participate in an on-call rotation.
