Not only have we put safer, better drivers on the roads, everyone wants to train with us! Our unique training approach helps instructors grow and develop as instructors! Maybe you can't see yourself in the passenger seat, well none of our current instructors thought they could do it either and look at them now!

Applicants must:

Hold a Class 1A license for 5 years, 500,000 km or 6,000 hours of Class 1A driving experience in North America in the last ten years.
Have a Grade 10 education
Good driving record and be willing to submit to a criminal record check.
You must be open minded to our training style and share in our goals of training drivers using the MELT program as a guide! You will soon see that every student will help you develop as an instructor!
We offer on the job training once the application process has been completed and we work as a team!
