The Systems Analyst serves as a vital connection between business stakeholders and technical teams and involves analyzing and evaluating the organization's current and proposed computer systems, processes, and requirements.
Main Duties:
Collaborates with internal and external customers to gather, understand, analyze, and assess their needs.
Conducts thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to pinpoint issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Designs, documents, and builds new systems that address and fix any issues shown in the current systems.
Develops system specifications, process flows, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts to guide system development.
Candidate Qualifications:
A university degree in computer science or related discipline.
Seven to ten years successful experience working for a telecommunications service provider in technical architecture and design authority.
A strong hands-on experience in programming, database management, and system architecture
Previous experience in ERP, Billing systems, CRM, Order management, product catalog, and field management system configuration.
Previous experience with AS400/IBM platforms and RPG programming is a must.
