Job Summary:
Gabriel Housing Corporation is an innovative, affordable housing organization that serves Metis families and individuals in the City of Regina.  We are seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Processing applications for housing placement; income verifications
- Maintain tenant records and lease agreements in an organized manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, report generation, and preparing correspondence regarding eviction notices, rent arrears and late payments.
Other duties include:
- Referrals to community resource agencies
- Working with the Office of Residential Tenancies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in using property management software like Arcori or similar platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
