We are looking to hire a self-starting Front Desk Supervisor to join our hotel. In this role your duties will include coordinating daily hospitality activities and operations, supervising Front Desk staff members, and adhering to a high level of customer service. To ensure success, you should have an exceptional understanding of the hospitality industry and display an aptitude for customer service. Ultimately, a top-notch front desk supervisor should have excellent managerial skills and the ability to communicate with personnel and customers effectively.

Your Background:
-Minimum of 2 years Supervisory Experience.
-Previous experience in Hospitality will be seen as an asset but not mandatory.
-Professional, courteous, and patient communication skills.
-Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs.
-Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
-Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
-Effective management and leadership skills.
