Total Care Chiropractic Regina is a leading multidisciplinary clinic offering advanced Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Dry Needling, Acupuncture, and Active Release Techniques.

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team, working 15-25 hours per week, including Saturdays. This role involves greeting patients, answering phone calls, and handling payments and billing.

The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Strong multitasking and stress management abilities are essential. While experience with QuickBooks is helpful, it is not required. Flexibility to cover additional shifts is also a plus.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure a positive experience at the front desk and to carry out all administrative tasks with the highest level of professionalism.
