The Business Systems and Information Management branch with the Ministry of Advanced Education is seeking a Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze opportunities, and recommend solutions. In this role, you will develop business requirements and ensure that ministry business systems meet established standards. The successful candidate will provide analytical, operational and testing support for system modifications, enhancements and new programs. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with business management and system users, team members, system staff, user support and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary education in Business Administration or related fields. Credentials specifically regarding business analysis, change management and group facilitation methods would be of benefit.
