Duties & Responsibilities:
Be able to work weekends, evenings and on call.
Arrive to work on time and dressed in the proper attire
Assist in any moving of furniture to guest rooms
Carpet cleaning or a replacement of a light in a room
To have good interpersonal skills with varying customers, collogues, and superiors
Assist where use may be required
Doing carpet cleaning as front desk ask for dog rooms and other rooms as needed
Maintaining and cleaning of the entire main lobby and lower lobby, washrooms in these areas.
Maintaining and cleaning the elevators
Maintaining and cleaning all areas in front of the floor elevators, stairways, and doorways
Help continue to develop the cleaning checklists
Sweep and wash kitchen floor
Clean kitchen and dining room area inform supervisor of any safety issues.
Make sure all common areas are clean.
Check all rooms at end of shift and make sure all doors to the rooms are closed.
Stock supply cart for next shift.
Turn in lost & found immediately.
Remove food trays from hallways, dispose of all food and garbage.
Report to manager any suspicious behavior on the floor.
