Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
    To provide supervision and guide team members
    Monitor employee performance to ensure maximum productivity
    To provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operatives standards in courtesy and efficiency.
    Complete grocery orders
    To maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
    Complete customer special orders
    Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    Complete safety training as required.
    Other duties as assigned.
    Unloading freight

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Previous supervisor experience is an asset.
    Must have Saskatchewan Supervision and Safety Workshop Certificate or be willing to obtain it.
    Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public.
    Must be available for work a variety of shifts including opening shifts, closing shifts and weekends.
