Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate clients.
Identify potential corporate partners and create customized childcare solutions to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in targeted organizations.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the childcare sector.
Present and demonstrate the value of our childcare services to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation of corporate childcare programs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the childcare, education, or service industry.
Proven track record of successful sales achievements and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of corporate sales strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the childcare industry is an asset.
