The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans, manage organizational finances, and build relationships with key stakeholders to have a concentrated focus on the vision to be a diverse community leader in the areas of agriculture, entertainment & culture to ensure the participation and education of future generations in the Southwest.
