Ensuring files for court are well organized; receiving information from the police and distributing disclosure; requesting information from the courts and helping the lawyer to prepare for trial or sentencing.

Some post secondary education or related experience is an asset although training is provided to the right candidate. The successful candidate is required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
