Job Duties:
* To ensure hiring as per requirements and make sure new employees got training to perform according expectations.
* Oversee the dispatch activities for making sure company revenues.
* To maintain clients relationship and keep a track of all the invoices for clients.
* To channel company operations and policies.
* To analyze the assets, need in terms of company's growth.
* To control financials & company budgets.
* Respond to visitors with an appropriate sense of urgency.
* Maintain track on all the appointments and meetings.
* Organize and file all the data manually as well as electronically.
