The Water Security Agency is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Administration team in our Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan location.

Reporting to the Senior Executive Administrator to the President, an employee in this job will, within a team environment, provide clerical and administrative support services.

This work will include preparing correspondence, forms, memorandums, minutes, reports and other documents in accordance with established standards. In addition, this employee will undertake routine reception by answering phone calls and coordinating the mail duties.

The successful candidate will have completed a one-year Office Education program or similar program.

This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
