Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Centralized Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for warranty processing, consultation, and training for our Russell, Kamsack, Moosomin and Maple Creek locations, but can be based out of any of our locations, remote work within SK/MB is also an option.

Responsibilities:
- Process John Deere (JD) & Shortline warranty claims, letters, reporting
- Provide consultation and training to service/parts depts on all warranty matters including new hire onboarding
- Provide quotes for the sales team, back up Service Writers as needed
- Assist with customer/internal repair order processing, customer database maintenance
- Work with locations to ensure warranty claims are maximized for return
- Maintain tracking/follow up on claims as needed
- Monitor Product Improvement Programs for JD and Shortline
- Regular communication with management on warranty status
- Maintain positive customer/co-worker relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience with Service Dept ops
- Understands service software, JD and Shortline warranty systems
- Experience with systems: Service Delivery, Equip, Excel, Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends/holidays
- Ability to travel to dealership locations as needed (valid drivers license)
