Main Duties
Reporting to the Casino Shift Manager, this position provides convenient service to SIGAs guests, and builds good relations (Miyo-wchtowin) by providing guests with safe transportation to and from the casino.
Responsibilities include: Operating passenger vehicles safely and cautiously, according to SIGAs established transportation policies, procedures, and routes. Ensuring passenger safety and comfort by monitoring vehicle condition, and assisting guests in safely boarding and disembarking. Keeping accurate records as directed. Greeting guests on arrival, and thanking them on departure, in a warm and welcoming manner. Responding to general inquiries and requests for information. Participating in other activities as required, in support of Guest Services priorities.
